寵物食品加熱須知
Pet Food Heating Guidelines

為避免寵物食品氣味逸散及與其他食品產生氣味交叉，若有寵物食品加熱需求，請務必遵守以下規定：
To prevent pet food odors from spreading or affecting other food, please observe the following guidelines when requesting heating service:

一、寵物食品須置於完整包裝或密封保鮮盒內，切勿事先拆封或開啟。

Pet food must remain in its original sealed packaging or a tightly sealed food container. Please do not open or remove the packaging beforehand.

二、加熱過程中，包裝或保鮮盒須保持完整密封。
2. The packaging or food container must remain securely sealed during heating.

三、如包裝已拆封、破損，或保鮮盒無法密封，恕不提供加熱服務。
3. Heating service will not be provided if the packaging has been opened or damaged, or if the food container cannot be securely sealed.
