寵物食品代客加熱服務與食品安全規範
Pet Food Heating Service & Food Safety Guidelines

為維護館內食品衛生與安全，並落實人類食品與寵物食品分流及交叉污染防範，本館提供寵物食品代客加熱服務。敬請貴賓配合遵守以下規範：
To maintain food hygiene and safety and prevent cross-contamination between human and pet food, the hotel provides a pet food heating service. Guests are kindly requested to observe the following guidelines:

一、食品及容器規範 Food & Container Requirements

1. 寵物食品須保存良好，並使用完整、密封及防漏之原包裝或食品級容器盛裝。如有破損、漏液、膨包、變質、異味或其他衛生疑慮，恕不提供加熱服務。
Pet food must be properly stored and provided in intact, sealed, and leak-proof packaging or a food-grade container. The service may be declined if the food or packaging is damaged, leaking, swollen, spoiled, or presents any hygiene concerns.

2.容器及包裝須適合加熱。金屬、鋁箔、非耐熱塑膠、保麗龍及其他不適合加熱之材質，恕無法協助加熱。
Containers and packaging must be suitable for heating. Metal, foil, non-heat-resistant plastic, styrofoam, and other unsuitable materials cannot be processed.

二、加熱方式 Heating Methods

1.加熱方式將依食品包裝標示及容器材質進行評估。本館恕不提供可能影響食品安全或設備安全之加熱處理。
Heating methods will be assessed based on product instructions and container materials. The hotel will not provide heating services that may compromise food or equipment safety.

2.為維護食品品質及安全，同一份食品原則上僅提供一次加熱服務。
Each portion of food should generally be heated only once.

三、專用設備與衛生管理 Dedicated Equipment & Hygiene Management

1.本館使用專屬設備或器具處理寵物食品，並與一般餐飲食品分流管理，以降低交叉污染風險。
Dedicated equipment or utensils are used for pet food and managed separately from those used for human food to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.

2.為配合設備清潔及衛生管理程序，服務可能需要適度等候時間，敬請見諒。
A reasonable waiting period may be required to allow for proper cleaning and hygiene procedures.

四、食用與保存注意事項 Consumption & Storage

1.加熱完成後，建議儘速餵食寵物。如未立即食用，請依產品保存方式妥善保存，並避免長時間置於室溫或反覆加熱。
Once heated, the food should be fed as soon as practicable. If not consumed immediately, please store it according to the product instructions and avoid prolonged storage at room temperature or repeated reheating.

2.餵食前請飼主務必確認食品溫度是否適宜，以避免寵物燙傷或不適。
Pet owners must check the food temperature before feeding to prevent burns or discomfort.

五、服務說明 Service Information

1.本館僅提供寵物食品代客加熱之便利服務。食品之來源、保存狀態及成分適口性，請由飼主自行確認。
The hotel provides this service as a convenience for guests. Pet owners are responsible for confirming the food's source, storage condition, and ingredient suitability.

2.如食品、包裝或容器未符合相關規範，或可能造成衛生、安全或設備使用風險，本館保留評估及婉拒提供服務之權利。
The hotel reserves the right to assess and decline the service if the food, packaging, or container does not comply with these guidelines or may pose hygiene, safety, or equipment-related risks.
